  • Plasma torch incineration technology background:
    Plasma torch pyrolysis technology has become the preferred solution for solid waste and oily sludge treatment because of its high thermal efficiency and low flue gas emissions. Pyrolysis is also called carbonization, coking, gasification and thermal decomposition. In recent years, pyrolysis as an alternative technology of incineration has attracted more and more attention.     What advantages does plasma torch incineration compare with traditional incineration technology?
    1. The center temperature of the plasma torch flame is about 1800 C, and the flame penetrability is very strong. The object can be instantly heated to 1200 C.
    2. The thermal efficiency of the plasma torch is as high as 90%, which is more efficient and energy saving than the traditional heating method under the same conditions.
