Brief introduction: how to install stainless steel ventilation pipeline project in Suzhou electroplating plant?
The core of the installation of stainless steel ventilation pipeline in Suzhou Electroplating Factory is to meet the anti-corrosion requirements of electroplating waste gas (acid, alkali, cyanide, etc.), taking into account the sealing, compliance discharge and workshop layout.
1. Pre-planning and compliance preparation
According to Suzhou environmental protection requirements (such as Discharge Standard for Electroplating Pollutants (GB 21900)), combined with the location of electroplating bath in the workshop and the type of waste gas, the pipeline direction is planned, and the elbows are reduced by giving priority to the pollution sources.
Go through the environmental protection examination and approval procedures, and confirm that the position and height of the pipeline discharge port meet the local environmental protection regulations to avoid conflict with the surrounding sensitive areas.
2. Material selection (focusing on corrosion prevention)
316L stainless steel is used as the pipe (acid and alkali corrosion resistance is better than 304), and the thickness is matched with the diameter of the air duct (1.2-1.5mm for diameter ≤600mm, and 1.5-2.0mm for diameter > 600mm).
Fittings (elbows, flanges, tees) should be made of the same material as the pipe, and the gasket should be made of acid and alkali resistant rubber (such as fluororubber) to avoid contact between dissimilar metals or aging and leakage of non-corrosive materials.
3. Core steps of field installation
Cutting and machining: plasma cutting is used, the incision is smooth and burr-free, argon arc welding is used for welding, and the weld seam is full and void-free. After welding, the welding slag is cleaned and passivated to enhance corrosion protection.
Connection and fixation: when flange is connected, bolts are fastened evenly, and acid and alkali resistant gaskets are added; The spacing between horizontal pipe supports shall be ≤3m, and the vertical pipe shall be ≤ 2.5m. Anti-corrosion rubber pad shall be added between the supports and the pipeline to prevent the pipe wall from being scratched.
Direction and slope: The pipeline shall avoid the equipment and operation channels, and maintain a slope of ≥3‰, so as to facilitate the discharge of condensed water (including acid and alkali) to the collection tank and prevent the accumulated liquid from corroding the pipeline.
4. Anti-corrosion and seal strengthening (suitable for electroplating environment)
All joints and welds shall be tested for air tightness (keep the pressure of 0.5MPa for 30 minutes without pressure drop), and at the same time be tested for acid and alkali resistance to prevent waste gas from leaking and corroding equipment or polluting the workshop.
The inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline shall be coated with acid and alkali resistant anticorrosive coating (such as PTFE coating), and the pipeline section near electroplating bath in the workshop shall be additionally wrapped with anticorrosive tape.
5. Linkage installation with environmental protection equipment
At the end of the pipeline, waste gas treatment equipment (such as acid-base spray tower and cyanide special treatment device) is butted, and the interface is sealed to ensure that the waste gas collection efficiency is ≥95%.
Install air volume control valve, pressure gauge and exhaust gas online monitoring device (in line with Suzhou environmental protection real-time monitoring requirements) to facilitate the adjustment of working conditions and compliance monitoring.
6. Acceptance and compliance reporting
After the construction, according to the requirements of Suzhou environmental protection department, entrust a third-party testing organization to do waste gas emission concentration and pipeline leakage testing to ensure the standards are met.
Organize the construction materials (drawings, material certificates, test reports), complete the environmental protection acceptance report, and obtain relevant filing vouchers.
